Schools across the country are canceling Halloween because of ‘safety and inclusivity’ concerns. From Pennsylvania to Washington, school administrators have fears about physical danger as well as mental and emotional stress.
Parent Linda Joseph questions the decision, saying “where does it end? What’s next people are going to be offended by pumpkins?
Many areas unfortunately do face real safety concerns.
But the ‘inclusivity’ concerns are a real head scratcher. Is our culture so divided, I mean diverse, that we can’t celebrate perfectly normal and traditional holidays anymore? For some, yes, it appears so.
If you send your child out for Halloween, tell them to stay safe and try to avoid the scary woke liberals!
